After graduating from Western Kentucky University, I moved to St. Louis with my then-girlfriend, now wife. Initially, I took on various jobs until I obtained my real estate license in 2019. I began as an inside sales agent for a local real estate team in STL and quickly progressed to become the Director of Operations at DRG/Three Doors. Despite stepping away from real estate for a time, I’ve returned to the industry that I love and know best. My foundation in real estate stems from years of learning alongside my mom’s successful journey in Kentucky. Previously, I served as her marketing specialist and provided IT support, accumulating valuable experience along the way.
In my role as the Office Manager at Botanical Property Management, I ensure smooth operations and support for our team. I review listings and contracts for compliance, answer agent questions, handle accounting, and update office workflow processes for improved efficiency. Additionally, I fully oversee compliance with both new and existing regulations and policies, conduct onboarding, assist with client events, and provide general assistance to agents, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
